Hudson County, in cooperation with the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority, the New Jersey Department of Transportation, and the Federal Highway Administration, hosted an online Public Information Center meeting to inform local residents, officials, businesses and the general public of the Local Concept Development Study of JFK (Kennedy) Blvd. from Pavonia Avenue to St. Paul’s Avenue, located in the City of Jersey City.
The purpose of the Public Information Center meeting was to inform the public of the condition of the roadway and to solicit public input and comments on improvements needed to enhance safety and improve operations for all modes of transportation. This meeting was conducted in conformance with Federal and State regulations. The public was invited and encouraged to comment on the study. This meeting was open to all members of the public and was advertised in the Star Ledger and Jersey Journal.
